That URL will only work in SeaMonkey.
In this case, the term "chrome" has nothing to do with Google Chrome. In
Mozilla code, "chrome" is the term used for the interface (buttons,
toolbars, scrollbars, menus, etc.). In fact, it predates the existence
of Google Chrome.
I did not know that,-| But it's good to have the passwords back instead
of grayed out in the 'data manager'.
