After opening up the Add-on Manager, the Extensions page has a 'Find
Updates' option. The Plugins page does not have this, so how does one
update the Plugins (I have ten showing here)?

Thanks for any assistance.

For me the extension page AND the plugin page have a "gear" with the
option "Check for Updates"

For plugins, the best option is generally to click "Check to see if your plugins are up to date." This will open a new window <https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/> identifying plugins as up to date or outdated, or sometimes unknown, as far as Mozilla knows.

There are issues with this, because sometimes Mozilla reports plugins as outdated when they're not, and sometimes it doesn't know. But on the whole it's pretty helpful.

In the first case, when Mozilla falsely reports a plugin as outdated, all you can do is shrug and go on with your life. Sorry.

In the second case, when Mozilla reports a plugin's status as unknown, it will offer a "Research" button; if you click it you'll get a search window that shows pages meeting the spec
        current version plugin <plugin_name>
For example, it doesn't know how to check Shockwave for Director, so the "Research" button searches for
current version plugin Shockwave for Director
and the second hit is <https://get.adobe.com/shockwave/>. Go there and you'll find the current version is 12.2.3.183, and you can choose to install it or not depending on what you already have and any other relevant considerations.
