I need to move some messages from a few IMAP accounts to a local folder,

Can you actually open the message from where it is and read the
content, or do
you only see the subject, date, etc. in the list of messages? If you
can't open
the message, it may be that only the headers are downloaded, not the
full message.

I see the whole message, because I've already selected to synchronize
the account and I also downloaded everything (using Offline command).

Gabriel, what is the name of this folder that you can see the whole message in??

Can you make a copy of this file and call the copy TEMP (or whatever) (note no three character suffix, SM doesn't use them for its email files) and put this file in your SeaMonkey profile at the same level as your Inbox and Sent folders.

If you do this *with SeaMonkey Closed* and now you start SeaMonkey. Do you see a new folder (called TEMP) in your Email account?? If you select this folder, do you see your missing file??
