This is what I meant by "Cookies allowed only from the requested
domain". On the Cookies pane of the Preferences window, this is the
radio button for "Allow cookies for the originated website only (no
third-party cookies)".

To manage individual cookies, I use the PrefBar extension, having
imported into that extension the Permissions Menu menulist from
<http://prefbar.tuxfamily.org/buttons.html#permissionsmenu>. In my
installation, I renamed this menulist as "Managers".

I have the same version of Flash but do not have Shockwave.

To enable Flash, go to [Tools > Add-ons Manager] on the SeaMonkey menu
bar, scroll down to Flash, and select Always Activate from the selection
list at the right.

To enable HTML5 Media, request about:config. Set media.autoplay.enabled
to True.

While many tributes to the late Supreme Court Associate Justice
Antonin Scalia now fill the news media, his legacy was not
necessarily positive. See my "What Price Order, Mr. Justice Scalia?"
