I have tried installing both V3.6 and 3.5 and followed the instructions.
In both cases I can't get to the "next" tab when creating a new
calendar. The auto discovery fails and when I manually fill out the
lines the next button remains greyed out. I have no idea what that last
filed does.
What am I missing?
