there's a pop window on a page on ebay, that allows you change certain
features of your
sale
the SAVE button is all the way on the bottom of that pop up window
I cannot seem to get to it, I see the top part (blue box),
I cannot open the "screen " any wider, or longer
However, I tried the same adjustment in FFox, and the pop up window opens in
full
allowing me to save the data
any idea's as to why the size of the window differs from SM and FF
didn't try IE
tks, rj
Do not make the popup larger. Make it smaller.
The blue top is the title bar. Place your cursor as high as you can on
the popup's title bar and try dragging the top edge down, reducing the
height of the popup. Then place your cursor within the title bar -- not
at the top edge -- and drag the popup upwards. This should expose the
bottom of the popup. You might then get a vertical scroll bar to view
the entire content of the popup.
If this does not work, try the following. Leave the EBay Web site.
Uncheck the checkbox for "Advertise Firefox compatibility"; on the menu
bar, select [Edit > Preferences > Advanced > HTTP Networking] to find
the checkbox. Clear your cache and delete any new EBay cookies. Then
retry the EBay site.
