Could someone who is following this email of mine inform the developers of 
Seamonkey to disable Graphite Font Rendering Library in the next update please?

The latest ESR of Firefox has disabled it and so has Debian Iceweasel. The 
latest version of Tor Browser in Tor Browser Bundle 5.5.4 and Tails have also 
disabled it for security reasons.

I think graphite is still in there.  There is an about:config entry.

It's easy to disable.  In about:config, set
gfx.font_rendering.graphite.enabled to false.
