Right click on the mouse pad is the same as right click with a mouse -
it right-clicks where the mouse cursor is positioned. That's an OS
feature and not something SeaMonkey is likely to be able to do anything
about.
All is not lost though... On Windows, the context menu (that's what you
get by right-clicking) for the item with keyboard focus can be brought
up by pressing Shift+F10. You may also have a key which looks like a
mouse cursor over a menu which does the same thing - it's usually next
to the right-hand Windows key, but not all not all keyboards have it,
particularly on laptops or other reduced size keyboards.
