Whenever I go to www.costco.com I find that the photos are not fully
rendering. There are photos just under the search bar to the right
of 'Shop All Departments' which will only render for four (4)
seconds before disappearing.
This happens using SM 2.4 and either W 7pro or W 10 pro or Vista pro
and not in any other browser I have tried.
Suggestions about settings?

I have it and I observe the problem you describe. With the given
setting enabled I observe the following in the Error Console:
Warning: The resource at
"http://www.hlserve.com/Delivery/ClientPaths/Library/hook.js?apiKey=1cd76670-4aa6-4bbd-b654-60d9862728b5&channel=web";
was blocked because tracking protection is enabled.

Unfortunately selecting "Unblock" from the track blocking
notification bar doesn't appear to have any effect. Unchecking:
[ ] Prevent tracking activities by known sites
appears to fix the problem on my side.
