Uh huh. SeaMonkey web browsers are based on Firefox's Gecko engines! :(

The site is engaged in invalid sniffing for your user agent (UA) string.
  If works with
        Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:45.0) Gecko/20100101
                Firefox/45.0
but not with either
        Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:43.0) Gecko/20100101
                SeaMonkey/2.40,
the "Advertise Firefox compatibility" UA string
                Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:43.0)
                        Gecko/20100101 Firefox/43.0 SeaMonkey/2.40,
or the spoof
        Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:43.0) Gecko/20100101
                SeaMonkey/2.40, NOT Firefox/45.0.

Furthermore, the home page has 114 HTML errors and 141 CSS errors.

Try using the National Weather Services Web sites. Start with
<http://www.nws.noaa.gov/>. This requires that you accept all images,
not merely images from the domain of the Web site.

And if you try and complain, errrr, report it via email, it won't accept your email message. It will redirect you to the FAQ about browser updating, and then if you still need assistance, email us and right back to square one.
