Seamonkey and Thunderbird both suffer from lack of user interaction
priority.
If I start a download for off-line posts in Seamonkey then whatever I do
elsewhere in Seamonkey either does not respond or takes forever to respond.
The priority must be set for the user needs and that background tasks
started by the user must take a back seat.
Please fix this soon.
