http://www.jlaforums.com is showing me "You appear to be in violation of
our Terms Of Service. Your request to view this site has been denied..."
message because I use SeaMonkey v2.40 web browser that is based on
Firefox v43. I reproduced it in both of my updated 64-bit Debian stable
(Linux) and Windows XP Pro SP3. :(

Thank you in advance. :)

Windows 7 Ultimate SP1
SeaMonkey 2.40

I have no problem viewing the page at <http://www.jlaforums.com>.

I have the same problem as the OP, but unlike yours, my user agent string specifies Firefox 43 and SeaMonkey 40.
