Since installation of the 2.40 edition of SeaMonkey, my Windows 10
computer will no longer play the videos on Twitch.tv. Works on all
other browsers, same computer. Sample link

Also, after all these years and many bug reports, updater.exe is still
from an "Unknown Publisher". Well done!
