I never use that option. Instead, I open Bookmark Manager, which allows me to see all my folders and sub-folders. I mark an existing entry either just before or just after where I want the new bookmark. Then, I drag-and-drop the targeted URI exactly where I want it. I can drag either from the URI area (aka Address Bar) or from a tab. -- David E.
