The bullets are identical. What you see is nothing more than a slightly different linewrap width. The first line in SeaMonkey wrapped with the last word. The linewrap is also much different in my version of Chromium. This could be due to your slightly different default size in the two browsers, or the author's mistakes in the CSS. (There's about 20 CSS files and I'm not going to examine them.)
