I am so lost....and so is my email account. I have had Seamonkey for many years
and on june 21, 2016 AMD Catalyst Control and One Drive came into my computer.
When the computer restarted my entire email account on Seamonkey was gone. All
my important info, drafts files etc. My document, pic, etc. files and folders
on my computer were missing too and I finally found them moved into other
locations.
I really need to retrieve all my old emails. Can anyone help me? Since this
happened all my bookmarks, all my info is gone and when I enter new ones and
turn off the computer they are gone when restarted. I down loaded Windows 10
about 3 months ago but up until now have not had problems.
Please help me.
From what you write lost "My document, pic, etc. files and folders" is
sounds like your problem is beyond SeaMonkey but a problem with your
user profile. If in your recovery you have changed profile that yes your
SM profile will also be missing.
On Win7+ your profile for SM would have been located in
C:\Users\USERPROFILE\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\SeaMonkey\Profiles\
The path is hidden so you have to enable it in Explorer to find it. It
all depends on what actually happened to your system.
