Yes it does. I'm running SM 2.40 on a Dell Laptop Latitude D630 which is kind of old (about 2007). I bought it from a Refurbisher for $100 for the sole purpose of testing Win10. It came with WIN7 Home Premium and I ran the Win10 upgrade with no problem. Running SM, FireFox, Quicken, MS Word & Excel 2007, Spybot, Malwarebytes, Reflect, AVG, etc. etc. These were all installed when it was Win 7 before I did the Win 10 upgrade.
