No 2.44 and 2.45 are still VS2013. Mozilla broke building Firefox 47 (2.44) 
with 
VS2015. We could backport the fix if VS2013 doesn't work but would need a 
separate 
mozilla-release branch. It's a one liner. 

2.45 could be build with VS2015 but FF 48 won't be as far as I know.

2.46+ are VS2015 for sure.

Update 3 is being tested and should be in place when 2.46 hits the street.
