I cannot find where I squirreled way the reference for SeaMonkey's
chrome elements. You can research what you want with DOM Inspector

CTRL+SHIFT+I

And in the inspect URL box enter:

chrome://messenger/content/messenger.xul

In the example userChrome.css was the hint:

but this link was obviously dead/outdated, so I thougt it will save me lots of reading garbarge at google when I ask here ;-)
