Once in a while, I noticed SeaMonkey/SM is still downloading parts of
the web page. I'd like to know what server(s) and contents SM is still
waiting for. I was hoping page info(rmation) would tell me this, but it
doesn't. :(
Thank you in advance. :)
Live HTTP Headers add-on?
Nope. I have these:

Firefox/43.0 SeaMonkey/2.40

* WOT 20151208 (http://www.mywot.com/)
* uBlock Origin 1.8.4 (https://github.com/gorhill/uBlock)
What I was suggesting is that Live HTTP Headers might show what you're
looking for.
