No, this will not solve your problem with Chase; but it might help you
avoid this problem.

My father owned an independent furniture store. His inventory came from
local manufacturers and from local representatives of non-local
manufacturers. He did not need the services of a mega-bank. Instead,
he always used a small, local bank. He said that he wanted to bank
where the employees -- especially the branch manager -- recognized him
and knew him by name. This was all before the advent of the Internet.

Today, I bank at a small, local bank. I also have an account at a
credit union. I have no problems doing online banking through SeaMonkey
with either institution. Traveling in Europe, I had no problem using my
credit union's Visa card; and my wife had no problem using our bank's
Master Card.

I suggest that, if you do not use all the services of Chase, change banks.

Republicans scream that Hillary Clinton was responsible
for the tragedy in Benghazi. They conveniently forget
that it was the Republican-controlled Congress that
drastically cut the State Department's budget for
embassy and consulate protection.
