If you speak about the list of links in the bookmarks list.
This is not a file, it's a database.
You can export/import bookmarks by creating/reloading...
Menus - "Bookmarks" - "Manage Bookmarks" - "Tools" -
- "Export HTML..."
or
- "Import HTML ..."
This will load or store a file named "bookmarks.html".
