This video doesn't play in SeaMonkey but does in every other browser I

It played in my SeaMonkey on Linux, not sure if I installed it on the
Win10 notebook yet, but it's on the to-do list.
Also played in my Firefox Nightly 51.0a1 with uBlock Origin and tracking
protection enabled.
Tried safe mode, a test profile?
