Well, I honestly hope it won't involve this much work; but due to
a plethora of reasons (infra is sub-optimal, haven't released in a
while, code changes required to build..etc), it is difficult to
know; and changes are coming in faster than we can handle so
it's only when we do a release do we find problems.
Hopefully, once 2.46 is out the door, we can do a post-mortem and
figure out what we need to change in the infra code to not give
us problems.
