I assume some readers here use Menu Wizard, as I do, to tame the the
various drop down and context menus of SeaMonkey.
It works great, except that from the earliest version to the latest,
5.03, I have never been able to get the Tab Context Menu settings to
work. In the set-up options, all seven of the menu items are
"hard-checked", so your option is to either show all of them when you
right-click a tab, or by unchecking the "Tab Context Menu" category
heading eliminate right-click-on-tab entirely.
I'm wondering this is typical for other users or if there could be some
problem specific to my installation.
