Have you tried it in safe mode? If you request about:config, is
media.autoplay.enabled set to true? If you request [Tools > Add-ons
Manager > Plugins], is Shockwave Flash set to "Always Activate"?
Ray's been a poster forever, of course Ray tried safe mode and a test
profile before posting, because he knows the procedure.
