Oh yes guys, my question was too cryptic.
In Mail and Newsgroups if you click Message in the Menu bar several
shortcuts show up. I wish to change some of them and also add a few ones.
For instance, to Mark "All as Read" the shortcut is "Ctrl+Shift+C". I
wish to change it to "Shift+C".

Try the keyconfig add-on from http://mozilla.dorando.at/
I think it also works for SeaMonkey.
