This is not very "safe" ...
You probably enabled some or all of the 5 options under "You can make
some or all of these changes permanent:" that appears in the SeaMonkey
Safe Mode dialog box before you clicked the "Continue in Safe Mode" button.
Users should just click the "Continue in Safe Mode" button.
If you didn't and any of those options changed for you, then you should
file a bug report.
