Ewong just built new Windows 2.46 en-US and de release candidates with
the 0-day fix incorporated:

Chatzilla, DOMi and Lightning are not in the package because the l10n
bug is still unfixed. It was decided to remove the extensions from the
release to get it finally out. Ewong will try to enable lightning one
last time tomorrow or in the next few days and then call it quits for
2.46 if it doesn't work. 2.46 will them released without it.
Maybe someone already on 2.46 can try the current builds out. Existing
extensions will be preserved. If you need DOMi you can pick it up from
any recent nightly zip. It even has some additional fixes in it.
Chatzilla is available on AMO. If Lightning 5.1 is not available on AMO
this one should probably work:

Sorry for the patch it up work but the l10n build process on the
official servers is not made for usage by sane people :)
