If I hold my mouse just below the "any time", there is a level where "any time" changes from grey to black. If I click at that level, I get the drop-down to change the time. -OR- If I install the User-Agent Switcher extension in SM and change the User-Agent to Firefox 52, then Google's search works normally without being broken.
