Or simply rename profiles.ini on the Debian side to
profiles.ini.DISABLE and then copy the Windows profiles.ini & profile
directory to the Debian side directory.

Start SeaMonkey and enjoy all your stuff. Have done this many, many
times. Once everything looks okay you can delete the
profiles.ini.DISABLE and original Debian profile directory. Easy-peasy.
