Problem with German language-pack?
User agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 
SeaMonkey/2.49a2
Build identifier: 20170123013001

I'm able to check my Add-Ons with <Tools> <Add-ons Manager> with the 
User Interface Language <English (United States)> selected.

With the User Interface Language <German> selected, I get the following 
error message:
