Every time I open Password manager it opens with a minimum size new
window and just locks up all SM windows and the only way out is Crtl Alt
Delete.
Rebooting the machine has no effect on the problem.

Don't download it I downloaded the Mac version the other and it crashed
almost as soon as I clicked the icon and send error reports. So I went
and download 2.46 and reinstalled and haven't had an issue since.
