Did not show the text "Nos astuces pour une Saint-Valentin réussie"
at the top of page.

This text is only visible when using Internet Exploder :-) or Firefox 49.0.2

My SM is: User agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:49.0)
Gecko/20100101 Firefox/49.0 SeaMonkey/2.46

Windows 7 Ultimate
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:49.0) Gecko/20100101 SeaMonkey/2.46

This works for me. If you have any extensions installed in SeaMonkey,
try running in Safe Mode to see if one of them is causing your problem.

Thanks you .. AdBlock Plus was the culprit :-)

That means the problem text was delivered from a different source than
the requested URI. Upon loading the page with AdBlock Plus disabled,
use [View > Page Info] and either the Links or Media tabs to determine
the source of that text. Then, whitelist that URI in AdBlock Plus and
re-enable that extension.

Hum hum ... With AdBlock Plus, the text was partially visible
