Just updated my laptop install of Seamonkey from 2.49xx to the 2.50a2
line of nightlies last evening:

And am happy to report all is running well. I do not run any additional
extensions any longer, with the sole exception being the calendar app
Lightning, which popped up a few notifications today without any
additional updating on my part.
