I notice that, when I visit that site, the packlock has a yellow background instead of a green background. I believe that means the security of the site is incomplete. However, the only information transmitted is a ZIP code. Unless you are the only person or organization in that ZIP code and you are not using a unique browser, there is little or no risk in visiting that site.
