No, I didn't send that. It sounds good, but about all the effort I'm
willing to put into potatos is to cut one into slices, cut up about
1/3 onion, add salt, pepper & a large pat of butter; tightly wrap in
aluminum foil so the butter doesn't leak out & pop into the oven for
about an hour.
