https everywhere add-on maybe?

I don't have a problem w/ firefox doing a normal download, but that comes from
http://download.cdn.mozilla.net/pub/seamonkey/releases/2.46/win32/en-US/SeaMonkey%20Setup%202.46.exe

I get the same problem (This site uses HTTP Strict Transport Security)
if I do a manual download from https://download.cdn ...etc
