no identities associated with it" - no idea what THAT means.

Nah, just have no idea what a mail group is. Do you mean mail accounts?
Are they IMAP or POP3 accounts? Have the same email except for the Sent
folder?
You can't select the emails in one accounts Sent folder, copy them, go
to the other accounts Sent folder and paste them into that Sent folder?
By labeled "Special Account", you mean the bozo1234 account is the
Account Name, when you check it in your Account Settings and can't be
changed?
