Oops! I gave incomplete information.

Near the top of the indicated Web page, check the checkbox for SeaMonkey
and uncheck the checkboxes for Firefox and Thunderbird. Neqar the
bottom of that page, check the checkbox for "Offer for download instead
of installing"; and uncheck the other checkboxes. Then check the
checkbox for Passwords near the middle of the page. Finally, select the
Download button.

Some editing is required. Open the toolbar-button-f2d93a823a-1.1.1.xpi
file using a Zip application. Within the file .xpi file is the file
install.rdf. In the install.rdf file, change
        <em:maxVersion>2.39</em:maxVersion>
to be
        <em:maxVersion>2.4*</em:maxVersion>
for SeaMonkey

Consider:
* Most state mandate that drivers have liability insurance.
* Employers are mandated to have worker's compensation insurance.
* If you live in a flood zone, flood insurance is mandatory.
* If your home has a mortgage, fire insurance is mandatory.

Why then is mandatory health insurance so bad??
