Thanks for your reply. 

That was the file I downloaded.  Maybe I didn't install it correctly.  The page 
gives installation instructions for T-bird which don't match SeaMonkey.  Going 
to Tools - Add-ons Manager opens a page that isn't obvious how to add the file 
I downloaded.
