I'm using the 2.48b1 build ID 20170329182716 with mailnews.display.disable_format_flowed_support true mailnews.send_plaintext_flowed false I think this is https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1329724 but only a GTK2 build will work for me, so NAICT, >2.48 is out.
