Yesterday I got a message that I could update tot SM 2.51, and I
did.

So now I'm running 64 bit SM 2.51 Build identifier: 20170619085306 .

I noticed that the date & time presentation doens't folloe the
regional settings of Windows. I'm running the English version of
Windows 10, but with Dutch regional settings.

However, now I see the American date & time format with the messages,
so 6/21/2017 03:15PM, instead of 21/06/2017 15:15.

I don't think it's a SM setting.

If it's not, then other programs should show the same error, right?

In previous versions of Windows, you could choose among several date/time options for many countries. Look in Control Panel under Regional Options (or whatever Win10 calls it).

The Date & Time stamps in Windows explorer are fine, this is a SM problem.
