There are two options:
1) Either this is a 32 bit Windows 10
2) or: as he is using a 32 bit build, I think he is hitting the 32 bit
limit any 32 bit application can use...

Yes, it is a 32bit machine. If that is the issue, is there an easy
enough way to upgrade it to 64b?
