Yesterday, I downloaded SeaMonkey 2.48 from <https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/seamonkey/releases/2.48/> but delayed installing until I could read the release notes. I followed your link to the notes, read them, and installed 2.48 about 5 hours ago.
