You can try adding this line:
#expandedHeaderView * { font-size: 12pt; }
... to your Stylish addon (or to your userChrome.css file), and play
there with the size...

I think some settings in css exist but it also affects other panels
like the Sidebox in the Navigator.
Maybe someone else will know it...?
