Find the file "msgFilterRules.dat" and copy it.
I also supposed the right place for the filter is "msgFilterRules.dat"
but it is not. I finally found the filter in the file
"mozilla.support.seamonkey.dat"
I guess the reason is that I'm using Seamonkey 2.53a1 from the nightly
update channel. As a matter of fact I have found the old filters in
"msgFilterRules.dat"
