I thought that was a youtube cookie type thing! As I recall, you go to a
page on youtube that tells you about the benefits of h.264 format and
somewhere there you click an O.K./Install type button which does
whatever is needed *and* sends you a cookie type thing.
If you have your cookies file set to "Read Only" or "Session Cookies
Only", you may have to disable this so that you can store the new cookie.
