I can't get Seamonkey to start properly.  It comes up to where I can see the
newsgroup lists and the process hangs.  Nothing seems to be maxed out with
the computer.  Disk is at 6%, CPU is at 19%.  But Seamonkey is grayed out
and Task Manager says it is "not responding".

Cache is automatically cleared on startup/shutdown.  What is going on?

I don't know what happened, but it eventually came back up. But one particular group which is one of the largest I am subscribed to was wiped out. Now I only have 15 new messages and one from 2015.
