Time to learn how to create a server wide or newsgroup specific filter.
My server wide filter for that spam has 17 entries.
Press the F1 function key to open the SeaMonkey Help Contents, enter
filters in the Search box and read the section on Creating Message Filters.
So there is no 'webmaster' or site manager running this News Group ?
Who does it belong to ?

Is this thing run by the US Government !?
THAT would explain why no one is responsible for it !
